Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our collection, select your preferred bouquet, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
If you need assistance, feel free to order or contact us via whatsapp or instagram. Walk in also possible at Petaling Street, KL. See here for full address.
What service do you offer?
We specialize in both wholesale and retail, offering a wide selection of fresh cut flowers, beautifully crafted bouquets, and floral arrangements such as flower baskets, corsage, table arrangement etc. Whether you’re celebrating new beginnings with an opening stand, expressing heartfelt condolences, or simply decorating a special space, we are here to make every moment bloom. Besides, we also provide a variety of floral supplies, dried & preserved flowers.
Do you accept walk-in purchase?
Yes! Visit us at Petaling Street KL. You can pick the flowers you want and we offer affordable packaging services to help you transform into a bouquet on the spot!
What is your opening hours?
Our store opens at 7:30am to 9:30pm. However, online customer service is available from 8am to 7pm.
Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm. Please note that same-day deliveries may have limited options based on availability.
When and where do you deliver?
Delivery is within KL and Selangor. We provide delivery (everyday 8am to 7pm) and pickup (everyday 7:30am-9:30pm).
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
If you need a specific time, please remark during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if we can't make it, we will stick to the time range chosen.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do, for orders above RM150 within 20km radius from our shop. Shipping rates are shown upon checkout.
Can I split an order for different delivery address?
Unfortunately, we do not support split deliveries for multiple addresses in one order. If you need to send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
What happens if the recipient is unavailable?
Kindly ensure the recipient is available to receive the order within the stipulated delivery time. If redelivery is required due to the recipient's unavailability, additional delivery charges will apply.
Why is my bouquet wet when I receive?
We do our best to package bouquets securely, but during delivery, especially on bumpy roads, some water may spill. Rest assured, simply wipe the bouquet with a cloth and ensure it's placed upright. Once in the proper position, the water won’t continue to leak, and your flowers will remain fresh.
Order delay during bad weather
Occasionally, due to unforeseen technical issues or adverse weather conditions, we may be unable to fulfill your order within the requested delivery window. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to make alternative arrangements.
PickUp
When can I collect my items?
Our pickup time is daily (including weekends & public holiday) 7:30am to 9:30pm at Petaling Street.
We will notify you once your bouquet is ready, and you can collect it!

Flower Substitution
Why do you substitute flowers?
We strive to deliver the exact flowers shown in our images, but due to the seasonal nature of flowers, certain varieties may be unavailable. In such cases, we will substitute with flowers of similar color, style, and equal or higher value to maintain the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.
Will I be informed of a flower substitution?
In most cases, we proceed with substitutions to ensure timely delivery and quality. However, if significant changes are needed that may alter the overall look of the bouquet, we will notify you before proceeding.
Customisation & Special Request
Can I customise?
Yes, we offer customization options for our bouquets or any floral arrangements. If you have specific flowers, colors, or designs in mind, please whatsapp us to discuss your requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences based on seasonal availability.
What if I want a different size than what's offered?
For custom bouquets, please contact us via whatsapp. Provide details such as the type of flowers, budget, colors, and style you’re looking for, and we will work with you to create a personalized arrangement.
How do I place a corporate order?
For corporate events or bulk orders, we offer tailored services to meet your needs. We provide custom floral arrangements that reflect your brand. Whatsapp us directly for special pricing and to discuss your requirements.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Can I return my order?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. Once the flowers have been delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
What should I do if I receive damaged items?
If you receive a damaged bouquet or item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and include clear photos of the damage.We’ll assess the situation and arrange a suitable solution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note that we only accept claims for damage made within the 2-hour window due to the perishable nature of flowers.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds or replacements if the flowers are damaged upon delivery. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, and valid claims must be made within 2 hours of receiving the flowers. For more information, please refer to our detailed Refund Policy. Please note that reasons such as “not liking the item” or “change of mind” are not valid grounds for a refund. Damage caused by the customer's own actions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancellations.

Floral Care
Bouquet - Fresh Flowers
- Avoid using tap water to spray directly on the flower buds, as it may contain minerals or chemicals that can harm delicate petals.
- Keep your bouquet in a cool area; avoid leaving it in places exposed to heat and sunlight, and enclosed spaces.
- We package bouquets securely, but minor water spills during delivery may occur. Simply wipe with a cloth and place the bouquet upright to prevent further leakage and keep your flowers fresh.
Fresh Flowers
To help your fresh flowers last longer, follow these steps:
- Trim the stems: Upon receiving your flowers, cut 1-2 cm off the bottom of each stem at a 45° angle. This allows the flowers to absorb water more efficiently.
- Use clean water: Fill a clean vase with fresh, room-temperature water. Add any flower food to the water to nourish the flowers and extend their life.
- Remove leaves below the waterline: Make sure no leaves are submerged in the water, as they can decay and cause bacteria growth, which shortens the life of your flowers.
- Change the water regularly: Replace the water every 1-2 days, making sure to clean the vase each time and re-cut the stems for better water absorption.
- Keep flowers cool: Place your flowers in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and heat, as these can cause flowers to wilt faster.
With proper care, most flowers can last between 3-4 days, depending on the flower variety.
Dried & Preserved
Dried flowers are delicate and require minimal maintenance to last a long time:
- Do not water or spray any liquids on dried & preserved flowers, as they don’t need moisture and can be damaged by it.
- Keep them away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Avoid humid areas, as moisture can cause dried flowers to wilt or become moldy.
- Handle with care—preserved flowers are delicate and should not be bent or crushed.
- Gently dust them with a soft brush or air blower occasionally to remove dirt or dust buildup.
Dried flowers can last for several months to years if kept in optimal conditions.
